As K9 Natural and Feline Natural products are available through our authorised retail partners across New Zealand - and we do not sell directly to consumers on this site - returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled by the retailer you purchased from. 

If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact your retailer directly and refer to their returns policy, as terms will vary.
